Witnessing people finally understanding self care and love for its truth is so heart warming. I cry with joy as I write this. I felt your pain everyday and all I wanted was you to see how much you were giving away and not loving yourself.

You can pretend to love yourself with defensive words, build walls around your heart to keep out pain of being hurt again. But without doors to let the right love in it is just alone in pain. Just like an unkept home, it is visible to an onlooker the state of the interior of someone who genuinely loves and cares. The eyes are truly the window to the soul, I been watching and waiting. I am so so proud of you.
