Life Coach Dr. Stephen Weaver
If you visited my about page in the past, you may have noticed some recommendations. Particularly, Dr. Stephen Weaver’s website and his work on YouTube. Quoting myself from there: “Life Coach – Fig’s personal recommendation, the man behind the personal improvements in my life; publishing and sharing my art with the world. Thank you so much for everything.”
Let me elaborate the story a little further. While we didn’t meet under professional settings, he met me in chat as I was trying to force myself into social situations few knew about at the time. Yes, I did a podcast. That was another attempt to get myself into social situations slowly, which led to joining a discord that led to meeting Dr. Weaver in chat in a casual setting. As we got to know each other, we both realized we have a passion to help people and lots of knowledge in psychology and other mutual interests. He being formally educated and I, not so much.
Through this formed friendship we have worked together to create ideas not only what has improved my situations however small. Encouraged me to write the work-book and art as a means to become slowly independent and get myself out there the best I can in small steps. Which I admit I have leaped several times exhausting the tar out of myself. That is just who I am, and something I work on. If I am not doing art or writing. I am probably gardening in some way, attending to life, or resting because I kicked my own rear doing too much.
Determined to integrate my awareness and knowledge into actions and living a fruitful life. Stubborn as heck, not willing to give up. Neither should you. I have come leaps and bounds since I met Dr. Weaver over a year ago. I have spent my time with multiple therapists or other mental health professionals over more than twenty years and I have to say he’s the best and most clever one I ever met. No offense to my past people, you were what I needed in those times, thank you.
If you are interested in REAL changes in your life, I truly recommend him. His Reset & Integration Workbook, is very good. Yes I have read it and used it. Methods are similar to my own yet in a professional organized and thorough steps to moving forward for thoughtful people who understand themselves and want to improve. While my work is encouragement to find yourself and be a little silly at times. He also has a masterclass on reset & integration through his website.
Genuinely recommend him. I am not one to normally promote people beyond sharing a link. I truly believe in helping people live their best lives and so does he.
